What will it cost?
The displayed amount is a starting price. You receive a fixed quotation after we review the address, scope and available drawings.
Do I need to know which permit is required?
No. Start with the address and a short description; we check the appropriate permit or notification route.
Do you submit the application?
Yes. With your written authorisation (signed digitally with BankID) we submit the application through the municipality's e-service and reply to any follow-up questions. If you prefer to submit it yourself, the documents are submission-ready.
Can you visit the property?
Yes. A site visit and measured survey are quoted when needed. For agreed visits, travel within 50 km (5 Swedish mil) of Gothenburg is included; farther afield (up to 70–80 km) adds the travel cost stated in the quotation.
How long does it take?
The delivery schedule is confirmed with the quotation after the source material has been reviewed.
The municipality wants additional permit drawings. Can you help?
Yes. Send the latest request and the drawings you submitted. We identify missing dimensions, views or information and quote for the work. Planning drawings and technical documents for the start decision serve different purposes; we help you identify which are needed.
I have no drawings of my house. Where do we start?
Start with the address and a few photos or a simple sketch. We review available archive material and assess whether a measured site visit is needed. You do not need finished drawings to request a quotation.
Does the price include the municipal permit fee?
No. Municipal fees and official maps are extra, without a mark-up. Our quotation specifies drawings, revisions and application support. The municipality decides the application; ordering drawings does not guarantee approval.
