What will it cost?
The displayed amount is a starting price. You receive a fixed quotation after we review the address, scope and available drawings.
Do I need to know which permit is required?
No. Start with the address and a short description; we check the appropriate permit or notification route.
Do you submit the application?
Yes. With your written authorisation (signed digitally with BankID) we submit the application through the municipality's e-service and reply to any follow-up questions. If you prefer to submit it yourself, the documents are submission-ready.
Can you visit the property?
Yes. A site visit and measured survey are quoted when needed. For agreed visits, travel within 50 km (5 Swedish mil) of Gothenburg is included; farther afield (up to 70–80 km) adds the travel cost stated in the quotation.
How long does it take?
The delivery schedule is confirmed with the quotation after the source material has been reviewed.
Can you design an extension that fits the existing house?
Yes. We work from the existing floor plan and elevations, the intended use and the property’s constraints. Existing drawings and photos are a useful starting point. Where relevant, measured surveys and 3D visualization are considered in the quotation.
Does the extension-drawing price include structural drawings and a KA?
No. The starting price of SEK 8,900 including VAT covers planning drawings for a standard extension. Structural drawings, technical documents and control management are scoped separately according to the project.
