Do I need to know which permit is required?
No. Start with the address and a short description; we check the appropriate permit or notification route.
Do I have to handle the municipality myself?
No. Give us a written authorisation (signed digitally with BankID) and we submit the application through the municipality's e-service, reply to follow-up requests and track the case for you. You approve the design and sign; we handle the paperwork.

Yes. With your written authorisation (signed digitally with BankID) we submit the application through the municipality's e-service and reply to any follow-up questions. If you prefer to submit it yourself, the documents are submission-ready.
Can you visit the property?
Yes. A site visit and measured survey can be added in the Gothenburg area when existing drawings are missing or inaccurate. Site visits within 50 km (5 Swedish mil) of Gothenburg are included in the price — farther afield (up to 70–80 km) is possible for an added travel cost in the quotation.
How long does it take?
The delivery schedule is confirmed with the quotation after the source material has been reviewed.
