What changed on 1 July 2026?
Control and waste management must be documented in two separate plans. This service covers the inspection plan; support with the waste-management plan is quoted separately when needed.
Can you revise an existing inspection plan?
Yes, after reviewing the material you already have.
Are drawings, structural calculations or energy calculations included?
No. The fixed SEK 2,495 service covers the project-specific inspection plan. Other technical documents are separate assignments.

How do I get an inspection plan for a garage or extension?

What if the municipality does not accept the inspection plan?
Send the submitted version and the municipality’s written comments. We assess which checks or responsibilities need clarification. Our delivery includes one minor adjustment following municipal feedback.
