Inspection plan for your project

A plan tailored to the actual project — not a generic template.

  • Garage
  • Smaller extension
  • Complementary building
  • Notification case

How it works

  1. Send the latest documents

The municipality's latest message is the best place to start.

  2. Receive a requirements list

We separate what we can prepare from anything requiring another specialist.

  3. Receive the completed documents

The agreed files are delivered digitally and organised for the next step.

We take care of

  • Review of the municipality's decision, current drawings and the documents already available
  • A precise list of missing information, without unnecessary extras
  • The agreed calculations, drawings or project-specific documents
  • Clearly named PDF files prepared for the municipality or the next consultant

You start with

  • The property's address and the municipality's latest decision or request
  • The latest architectural drawings or a clear sketch
  • Any construction, product or installation choices already made

Something missing? Start with what you have. We explain what we can retrieve or prepare and what you need to approve, order or pay for yourself.

Frequently asked questions

What information should I send first?

The property address, the latest drawings and the municipality's most recent decision or request are enough to begin. Common documents are inspection plans, structural documentation and fire-safety or installation documentation; an energy calculation may also be required in some projects — we go through exactly what your municipality asks for.

Can I order only one document?

Yes. Individual documents can be ordered separately when that is all the project requires.

What will it cost?

Fixed-price services show the full amount. Other work is quoted after the source material has been reviewed.

What if some information is missing?

Send what you have. We identify what can be found and what must be confirmed, ordered or supplied by you.

What changed on 1 July 2026?

Since 1 July 2026, control and waste management must be documented in two separate plans. We prepare the inspection plan and can support the waste-management plan when the project requires it.
