Frequently asked questions
Does this suit a small project?
Yes. The assignment can cover one phase or a limited number of hours.
Can project coordination and the KA role be combined?
This is assessed before appointment. The KA role must remain independent and clearly defined, and since 1 July 2026 a certified control manager may not control work that they have designed themselves.
How is the work charged?
Either hourly or at a fixed price when the scope can be defined in advance.
What should I send first?
The address, current documents, desired outcome and approximate schedule are enough for an initial review.
Who coordinates contractors, drawings and the municipality?
We can help within a clearly agreed project-management role: schedules, meetings, decisions and follow-up between the parties. This does not replace the contractor’s responsibilities or a separate KA assignment. Send the current project status so we can propose an appropriate scope.
