Practical support when you need someone to keep the next steps organised.
- House extension

- Smaller new build
- Coordination before construction
How it works
- Define the assignment
We agree exactly what should be coordinated.
- Set a fixed price or time budget
You know the cost framework before work begins.
- Receive regular follow-up
Decisions, risks and next steps are summarised clearly.
We take care of
- A clear action list covering responsibilities, decisions and next steps
- Contact and follow-up with the agreed parties
- Meeting notes, action tracking and schedule checks
- Clear reporting of deviations and decisions within the assignment
You start with
- Project address, objective and current documents
- Budget, schedule and the decisions we may make or prepare
- Contact details and permission to contact the relevant parties
Something missing? Start with what you have. We explain what we can retrieve or prepare and what you need to approve, order or pay for yourself.
Frequently asked questions
Does this suit a small project?
Yes. The assignment can cover one phase or a limited number of hours.
Can project coordination and the KA role be combined?
This is assessed before appointment. The KA role must remain independent and clearly defined, and since 1 July 2026 a certified control manager may not control work that they have designed themselves.
How is the work charged?
Either hourly or at a fixed price when the scope can be defined in advance.
What should I send first?
The address, current documents, desired outcome and approximate schedule are enough for an initial review.
Get a quote and the next step
The address and a few lines are enough. You can attach drawings or decisions in our reply when we get back to you. We normally reply within 24 hours on weekdays. Once the assignment starts, you receive a personal link to your project page with status and next steps.
